Perfumes are non – returnable products, so we don’t have any refund policy.
We do only the Replacement if we have sent the wrong product with our mistake.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for opened and used products. Our website caters to customers who have previously purchased and experienced our products. If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you may still return it for a full refund, provided the item remains in its original, sealed, and unused condition.
Our exceptional and sturdy packaging minimizes the likelihood of damage during transit. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not as advertised, damaged during transit, delivered incorrectly, or has a faulty atomizer, please return it within 3 days. We will either offer a refund (if the product is unavailable) or replace the item. In accordance with our management team’s policy, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.

Numerous factors affect the longevity of a fragrance, so we typically do not make claims about the staying duration or longevity of fragrances.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for returns and exchanges, provided the item is returned within 3 business days (from the date of receipt).
Please contact us before sending the item back so that we can arrange a reverse pick-up and track the return shipment to process your exchange or refund as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be initiated after passing the quality check. If reverse pick-up is unavailable at a specific location, the buyer must ship the product to our address.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned products, often sooner.
